Stood in the Decorah store for 1/2 hour tonight without ever getting acknowledged. One person working with one customer, but never acknowledged me. To be fair it was 35 minutes.
From out of town stopped in with a issue on my s8. Since I was from out of town I was worried I would be without a phone on my trip the workers there took care of my issue in a flash couldn't be my pleased

Had a broken iPhone 7 I busted on ragbrai they didn't open until 10 a.m but worker let me in at 9 I have a at&t phone. I was upset there was no at&t in the area and people don't like me when I am angry but even though the guy didn't have to help being it was a at&t phone and they weren't open he did thank you
