The sales staff was very welcoming and generous with discounts. They were very accommodating to our needs and schedules and were extremely easy to get in contact with. On delivery day, they arrived on time and had no problem moving the couches into our tricky apartment. This overall was a very easy and enjoyable experience and I would absolutely do business with them again.
Went here to get a new couch for our new house. We ordered it 3 weeks before the closing date, the guy assured us it would be there by time we moved in. Well, the day came and went...and so did 2 more weeks. No phone call. I called the store and was told, "The truck should be here at the end of next week at the latest." The next week came and went with no call. We went IN to the store, was told "late next week" again. A week and a half later, I finally get a call. I left work early because I just wanted the damn thing delivered. After some rough handling (much to my displeasure) I was told that the couch wasn't going to fit down the stairs to my basement because of the ceiling height by the door. They couldn't turn the couch to get down the stairs. So they loaded it back up and told me my options were either buy a couch they have on the floor (for delivery the next day) or order an entirely different one and wait again (saying he'd try to push our order to the front). We ended up ordering a new one and will be going on week 3 waiting for a phone call... I will never buy from here again.
