This is one of the finest Rehabilitation/ Work-out centers I've ever been to! Can't reccommend this place enough.....
The have a decent selection of equipment.
Only a few of the staff are friendly. Otherwise, you feel invisible. I was a regular member for a couple of years and I doubt most of the staff even took the time to find out my name. Most gyms go out of their way to make it feel like you are welcome they actually are happy you are there. I have seen many members incorrectly using equipment and none of the staff seems to be willing to help them.
