I typically love the depot but more and more am being assaulted verbally by employees who are not being reviewed due to the desperation of having a decent employee. It is improper for a nonprofit organization being run by a board of local churches to allow an employee to assault a customer for saying have a blessed day. An employee of any reputable establishment should have the decency to not excoriate a patron for saying have a blessed day because of employees hostility and believing I had said God bless you, as if anything had been wrong with that.. Those two departing statements sound nothing alike even if the message is the same. The depot has many people of many faith and thoughts, many I agree and disagree with, but never one so hostile towards a simple parting pleasantry upon your first meeting of the newest employee. Also deplorable I should feel as though I should say nothing because the political correct police have scared a valuable resource to this community into submission. Knowing myself as I do I am fully aware that I revealed too much and speak more about my personal thoughts but when someone you've never met tells you to shut up and they've just been hired by a Christian organization... Everyone who has heard her say these things becomes part and parcel when they allow you said employee to continue. I believe my name is public. I have addressed no one directly who does not know who they are. I have not disparaged or said anything untrue. Yet when things are coming undone, and if those with the ability to say something are unable... And then I've got this stupid phone asking me what I think about it and do I have comments about a place I go to frequently... It's unfortunate that none of the questions say 'do you plan on continuing to do business there?. I do and I will. As soon as I no I do not have to encounter such a malevolent Beast I've known less than a week who has told me to shut up or not speak when I'm not even 20 ft within that person and they speak up across a large area on multiple occasions and every other person just stares down at the floor because to speak the truth will rock the boat. I love the depot. I have from day one. But if the boat needs to be rocked I really don't care if I'm the one that falls out. It just needs to be rocked. Have a blessed day. And when I say blessed I mean may the Lord God Jesus Christ bless you and keep you and protect you from untruth. That is what I mean when I say have a blessed day but how dare an employ pick an argument with someone just walking out the back door? Even a secular organization would not find this acceptable. I have been asked not to say anything from more than a handful. The boat needs to be rocked.

Great prices for great finds! Staff is friendly and the place is kept pretty clean! The best thing about it is that the Depot Outlet gives back to the community by donating all proceeds!

Really liked it. But went to pay and they don't accept credit/debit cards. But they don't advertise that till you check out! Very upset cuz I didn't have cash.
