Room was nice and clean . A/C did not work properly. Doors we're always slamming shut so it was hard to sleep.
The staff at this hotel are always about making guest a priority. Stay here often. Recommend
Friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and easy to find
Things started off with great service during check-in. The room was nice and clean, and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the linens we're clean and soft. Breakfast was hot and good, I was fortunate, they we're serving biscuits and gravy. The cook was attentive and kept everything hot and full.
The price for a room was jacked up because of Parent's Weekend at the college. I didn't realize this until I received my e-mail confirmation. When I found out they were charging $227 for the room (including fees and taxes), I tried to cancel and was told that they had a 7-day cancellation policy because of the busy weekend. Apparently, I was placed in the wing of the hotel that allows pets. I spoke to the front desk twice about a barking dog across the hall. This was not the relaxing stay that I had hoped for and I won't be staying here again.
